Roasted Beetroot & Habanero

Deep within the ancient woods of Eldergrove, lived a witch by the name of Seraphine Willowshade. In her secluded glade, she crafted potions from rooted vegetables, believing they held the essence of vitality. As a guardian of the forest, she gathered herbs and created remedies that healed and nourished the land, often communing with the spirits of nature for guidance.

Tales of the Witch of Eldergrove spread among nearby villagers, some seeing her as a benevolent force, while others feared her magic. As dark whispers of an encroaching threat reached her, Seraphine sensed her peaceful existence was about to be challenged. With her potions ready and the spirits of the forest at her side, she prepared to confront whatever dangers lay ahead, determined to protect her beloved home.

Beets by Doctor Fae features earthy-flavour notes from roasted beetroots, with a sweet, punchy flavour that's reminiscent of the pickled beetroot slices you'd put on your home-made hamburgers. The Habanero chillies we added give a nice punch of heat that warms you like that of a fireplace on a cold Winter's night.
