Shipping & Pick-up FAQ

Where do you ship to?

We ship Australia-wide with Australia Post.

International shipping is not currently available.

 

We plan to add other courier services in the future.

 

When will my item be posted?

We try our best to post items as quickly as we can, giving priority to those with express postage. Orders are usually dropped to the post office on either; Tuesday or Wednesday each week. 

Due to our other work commitments, we may not be able to visit the Post Office more often than once or twice per week.

Once Australia Post has your package, your orders should be delivered within 1-7 business days depending on the destination and service chosen.

Please allow extra time for shipping during peak holiday and sales periods.

 

What are your shipping + handling rates?

Orders over $180 receive FREE standard shipping!

Each item has a weight assigned to it, so shipping cost is automatically calculated when you choose your postage options at checkout.

So this means that if you order more sauces, it will be heavier/need a larger shipping box, so the postage price will increase to compensate.

Our postage costs may seem a little high, and there are a number of reasons for this, with the main one being as a small business we can't absorb the cost of shipping like a lot of larger companies do. As we grow, we will be able to offer better shipping rates to our customers. Pick-up orders are always welcome if you don't wish to pay our shipping fees.

 

I've made a mistake on my order, what do I do?

Please send us a message through our Instagram page, so we can quickly help you with your request.

 

What happens if my item is damaged on delivery?

In the event that your item arrives damaged, pleas don't hesitate to send us a message through Instagram or an email at dtwentysauceco@hotmail.com with photos of the damaged item/s and we will find the best course of action to help you.

 

Can I pick-up my order in person?

Pick-up can be selected at checkout.
