Cheerful, kind, and happy. This grandmother takes her role of village healer seriously – but who can’t have a little fun along the way? She takes all the local children (and some of the rowdier adults) under her wing and with a careful eye, ensures they’re taken care of. Woe to thee who dares disturb her peace, though. For under the smiling eyes is a resolve as strong as that of any warrior.

An age old classic pairing of golden honey and tangy mustard comes together with the heat of habanero chillies to create this wonderful sauce. Warming and sweet, just how your grandparents treat you. The hot heat of the habanero has been mellowed out by the honey, which allows it to be quite enjoyable with only a small linger of heat on the back of your tongue. Hotter than The Blacksmith but you won't come running for a glass of milk.
This is one sauce we ALWAYS make extra of, so we can take some for ourselves.
