Cayenne Sriracha

They say that imitation is the highest form of flattery, and the Kenku exemplifies this more than any other creature in the forgotten realms. His speech? an amalgamation of everything he’s heard before. His clothes? Trying to mimic the regal form of a proud rooster, standing tall. His mission? To make it his own, and to make it delicious. Unexpected to say the least.

Cayenne chillies, garlic, a few other ingredients undergo a week-long fermentation process, allowing their flavors to deepen and intensify over time. The result is a rich and complex hot sauce with a unique depth of flavor that sets it apart from the rest.

With a fruitiness that can only be achieved through this process, our aim was not to mimic the well known sriracha sauces out there, but to make our own version, and make it a strong contender. With just the right amount of heat, and a bright orange colour, this sauce is sure to hit the mark.
